  the point of the letter was how many are feeling disappointed these days.. no circuit assembly, convention, how we can't fellowship at the k.h.

  disappointed we might have had a love one die, etc etc.

  he then goes on to write about how disappointed jehovah must have felt when his first human creation rebelled.

  Incognito, I'm still a JW because it works for me. I'm happy.

  Yes, I still believe JWs have the Truth. If I didn't, I would be looking for Jehovah somewhere else.

  sir82, I disagree. I'm eager to get out in the door-to-door work again. I HATE letter writing and phone witnessing.

  JW.ORG delivering food to JWs in California

  so a couple of weeks ago my wife (who is an active jw) got a delivery of apples, oranges, potatoes, carrots and onions.. the story i heard was that the "branch bought a bunch of food that would go to waste and was delivering it".. i am in california and a friend of mine in another cong.

  50 or so miles away had the same thing happen.. a few days ago we got another delivery and as a matter of fact my wife was asked if she could "help jehovah with delivering his gifts".

  unfortunately she is in poor health and unable to so so.. anyway, the story seems fabricated to me and i am wondering what is really going on.. does anybody have any ideas?

  Here in California I have gotten 2 small boxes of produce so far from the Brothers. I have no idea where the Brothers got it.

  not that i should be surprised by how people responded, but until you experience it first hand, you just don't get the scope of it all.. all the hoarding.

  former united kingdom prime minister gordon brown calls for "creating a form of global government....to tackle the economic crisis caused by the coronavirus".. isn't that crazy?

  that's a dangerous idea.
